Cancellation Policy
To secure your space at Jazz on the Ave 2025, all vendors must complete registration and submit full payment at the time of application. - Spaces are confirmed only after payment is received. Applications without payment will not be processed or held. - Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including inclement weather, personal emergencies, or inability to attend. - Vendor fees cover space and tent only, and do not include tables, chairs, or equipment. - Generators are permitted but must be used safely and in compliance with event guidelines. - Space assignments will be made by event staff to ensure a balanced and safe marketplace. - Certain categories (e.g., food trucks) may sell out and will be marked as “Sold Out” once capacity is reached. - Vendors are responsible for complying with all local laws, permits, and health/safety regulations. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above. Your participation helps us create a vibrant, safe, and community-centered event.
